Do I need a referral to get a physiotherapy appointment / assessment?

No, you may call the office directly. However, many patients are referred by other healthcare professionals.

What hours is the clinic open?

8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Patients may be seen between these hours. If a physiotherapist is not usually available at the earlier and later times, we will do our best to accommodate patients and their working / school day.

What should be worn to my physiotherapy appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. If you are being assessed for a lower limb issue, a pair of loose fitting shorts are ideal. For a shoulder or arm issue, a short sleeve shirt or vest style shirt is good. We do have a selection of these to borrow if required. If you are being assessed for an issue regarding exercise such as running, you should wear the trainers you usually exercise in.
