Bobbi joined Physiotherapy Associates in 2012, bringing 26 years of healthcare experience.

Formerly a ward clerk at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, she became the hospital's first certified Unit Clerk in July 1996 after training in Washington DC. Bobbi's expertise includes managing medical offices for specialists in rheumatology and nephrology.

At Physiotherapy Associates, she handles patient bookings, schedules for physiotherapists, and insurance matters with precision and a well-recognised touch of humour, ensuring our practice runs smoothly and happily. She is a great support to the Management Team.
